How does the 14-day trial work?
Every plan starts with a full-featured 14-day trial. A card is required to sign up, but you're not charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial includes 3 AI imports and 10 quick estimates on our key; entering rates by hand is always unlimited.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime from your Billing page — no phone call, no email thread. We don't offer refunds, in whole or prorated, except where required by law; the free trial is how you evaluate CrewMix before paying. See the Terms of Service for details.
What counts as an AI import?
One AI extraction of a rate-sheet PDF — a union Schedule A or a contractor rate build-up — into a structured table you review and confirm. Solo includes 15 per month, Team 50. Building and editing rates by hand never counts against the cap, on any plan.
What happens when I hit my monthly AI cap?
AI imports pause until your next billing month — everything else keeps working, and you can still enter rates manually. Need more? Upgrade your plan, or bring your own AI key and the platform caps come off entirely.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes — every plan supports bringing your own AI key. With your own key, AI imports and quick estimates are uncapped; you pay your AI provider directly for what you use. Your key is stored encrypted and can be removed anytime.
How do plan changes and seats work?
Solo is a single seat; Team covers up to 10 users with roles, branch scoping, and an audit log. You can switch plans anytime from your Billing page. Need more than 10 users or unlimited AI imports? Talk to us about Enterprise.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in USD and don't include sales tax. Where it applies, tax is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you confirm.
